Vialta,

Beamer,
the world's first Videophone Station, instantly adds live,
color motion video to phone calls, displaying the video on
a 3.5" LCD screen. Beamer works with any phone (corded
or cordless), over any standard (analog) phone line, at no
additional cost to your phone call. No special wiring or equipment
is required. In 2002, Beamer won a "Good Buy" Award
from Good Housekeeping magazine for its ingenuity, value and
exceptional performance. It also received a 2003 "Best
of Innovations" Award from the Consumer Electronics Association
for its value to users, aesthetics, innovative attributes
and overall contributions to the quality of life. Beamer is
available at national (Best Buy and Sharper Image) and regional
(Good Guys, Fry's, and ABC Warehouse) retailers, through popular
catalogs (Frontgate and SkyMall), and select distributors.
Beamer
TV videophone expands Vialta's videophone product line, providing
consumers with an alternative videophone viewing format and
viewing experience, displaying a live, color motion video
of the other calling party on any standard (NTSC) television.
While offering the same major features that are inherent to
the Vialta videophone line - stylish design, ease of setup,
ease of use, and the ability to instantly add video to your
phone calls using your home phone and phone line - Beamer
TV's lower price point broadens the potential consumer videophone
market. Beamer TV is available at national (Best Buy) and
regional (Good Guys, J&R and Fry's) retailers, through
the Frontgate catalog, and select distributors.
The Beamer
FX is a Beamer videophone with an integrated digital picture
frame, two memory card slots and an internal memory. Beamer
FX offers the same videophone features as Beamer; plus it
can send, receive and save digital pictures to its internal
memory. When not being used as a videophone, Beamer FX functions
as a digital picture frame with slideshow capability. Compatible
with five popular memory card formats, Beamer FX can display
digital pictures directly from memory cards without any special
equipment, software or web-based services. Beamer FX is available
at Good Guys and J&R, through the Frontgate catalog, and
select distributors.
VistaFrame
is a digital picture frame compatible with multiple memory
card formats, making it easy for digital camera owners to
display their digital pictures directly from memory cards,
without the need for a computer. Display a favorite picture
or choose VistaFrame's innovative slideshow feature to create
custom slideshows - selecting the pictures and their display
order, the time interval between pictures, and the transition
effect. VistaFrame is available at Sharper Image and the Frontgate
catalog.
